Performance and Accountability Report for FY2007

By means of Circular A-136, the Office of Management and Budget requires that federal agencies submit a report detailing their financial and program performance results for the fiscal year just ended. Agencies are also required to post this information on their public Web sites.

Summary of Statistical Data under the No FEAR Act

Section 301 of the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (the No FEAR Act) requires that federal agencies post on their public web sites certain summary statistical data relating to equal employment opportunity complaints filed against the respective agencies.

FAIR Act Report for FY 2004

The Federal Activities Inventory Reform (FAIR) Act of 1998 requires all federal agencies to prepare and submit to the Office of Management and Budget an inventory of commercial and inherently goveernmental activities performed by federal employees. Agencies are also required to post this information on their public web sites.
