  • What are the consequences of the current requirements/systems on the development of important information? How can these consequences be addressed, with and/or without statutory change?
  • What are the desired characteristics of a realistic regulatory regime for research on or affecting marine mammals?
  • What are the next steps for the Committee on this issue?
